President Dr Mohamed Muizzu announced that MVR 25 million will be allocated starting from next year onwards from the Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Information, and Arts budget to support local artists' work, subject to specific guidelines. He made the remarks while speaking at the "Unveiling Visions 2024" Maldives contemporary art exhibition.
