President praises and encourages National players participating in the Botswana International Series Badminton 2024

The President, Dr Mohamed Muizzu, praised and supported the performance of the Dhivehi players competing in the Botswana International Series Badminton 2024.

The President commended Maldivian athletes' talent, highlighting Aminath Nabiha and Fatima Nabaha's selection to compete in the women's singles final of the Badminton World Federation event, with promising results.

"I proudly congratulate the local players for their excellent performance in securing 2 gold medals, 2 silver medals and 4 bronze medals in the Botswana International Series Badminton 2024," added the President.

The President also praised the two outstanding athletes and the entire Maldives’ squad.
